These Terms & Conditions apply to the sale of all vehicles by Scenic Motors Limited. By purchasing a vehicle from us, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

These terms are designed to provide transparency while protecting both the customer and the business.

1. About Us

Scenic Motors Limited is a motor vehicle dealership based in the United Kingdom.
All vehicles sold by Scenic Motors Limited are supplied in accordance with applicable UK consumer legislation including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

2. Vehicle Descriptions & Accuracy

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that all vehicles listed on our website, advertisements, or promotional materials are described accurately.

Customers are responsible for satisfying themselves as to the vehicle’s condition and suitability prior to purchase.
Scenic Motors Limited shall not be held liable for minor errors, omissions, or differences in vehicle specifications.

3. Vehicle Pricing

All vehicle prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (£).
Prices are subject to change without notice until a deposit or full payment has been received.
The agreed sale price will be confirmed on the customer’s sales invoice at the time of purchase.

4. Deposits & Vehicle Reservation
​
We may require a deposit to reserve a vehicle.
​
Important conditions regarding deposits:

A vehicle will not be reserved until a deposit has been received.

Deposits may be non-refundable if the customer decides not to proceed with the purchase.

Vehicles may continue to be advertised until a deposit has been confirmed.
The reservation period will be agreed between Scenic Motors Limited and the customer.

5. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

Cash payments (subject to legal limits and regulations)
Full payment must be received and cleared before the vehicle can be released or delivered.
Scenic Motors Limited reserves the right to refuse or delay vehicle release until funds have fully cleared in our account.
We may request identification for certain payment methods to comply with financial regulations.

6. Ownership of Vehicle

Ownership of the vehicle remains with Scenic Motors Limited until full payment has been received and cleared.
The vehicle will not be released to the customer until payment has been confirmed.

7. Warranty
​
Unless otherwise stated, vehicles sold by Scenic Motors Limited include a 12-month warranty provided by Handler Protect.
Warranty coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions set by the warranty provider.
Customers will receive full warranty documentation upon purchase.
Scenic Motors Limited is not responsible for decisions made by the warranty provider regarding claims or repairs.

8. Vehicle Inspection

Customers are encouraged to:

Once a sale has been completed and the vehicle has been collected or delivered, it is considered that the customer has accepted the vehicle in its current condition unless a fault covered by consumer law is identified.

9. Collection & Delivery

Vehicles may be collected from our premises once full payment has been received.
If delivery is arranged:

Scenic Motors Limited will not be responsible for delays outside our control
Risk in the vehicle passes to the customer upon collection or delivery.

10. Returns & Consumer Rights
​
Customers are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If a vehicle develops a fault within the initial period following purchase, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Customers must notify Scenic Motors Limited as soon as possible if any issue arises.
Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused after purchase will not be covered.

11. Part Exchange
​
Where a vehicle is accepted as part exchange:

The customer confirms they are the legal owner.

The vehicle must be free from outstanding finance unless disclosed.

All information provided must be accurate.
Scenic Motors Limited reserves the right to adjust the valuation if the vehicle condition or description differs from what was stated.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scenic Motors Limited shall not be liable for:

Additional costs incurred after the sale
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so under UK law.
